HELP!!!

I'm in desperate need of a low-fat chocolate pudding recipe.

Seriously. It's bad.

If I don't get pudding soon...I don't know what might happen. Does anyone have a good recipe? Or know where I might find one? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone? ANYONE???

I haven't tried it, but this one looks pretty yummy to me:

Anything described as "very much like a mousse" can't be too bad, right?

Good luck with the pudding search!

It's not pudding exactly (I do have a chocolate pudding recipe, but it has five grams of fat per serving...if you want it, let me know. It's pretty awesome), but this is a creamy chocolate dessert that tastes like a cross between pudding and chocolate cheesecake. Which cannot, you'll agree I'm sure, be a bad thing. I make it with cottage cheese instead of ricotta and it's absurdly good.
Even people who aren't watching their calorie intake say so..

Chocolate Ricotta

Two 1/4-cup servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup lowfat ricotta cheese
2 tbsp mild honey
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Scoop into small dessert dishes and serve.
