There is always tomorrow to start you fitness program. Plus you need to start on a Monday, so much easier to do it then since Mondays suck anyway. ;) If you have Zumba classes nearby I highly recommend that. I lost two pants sizes just since June doing Zumba once a week. We have a small class, 6 people, so it is low pressure on having to do all the moves perfectly so that helps alot since I have coordination issues some nights. ;)
you need to hire a personal trainer and go to the gym at least 4 times a week, give up drinking and chocolate and eat only vegetables and pure protein, 1200 calories or less a day. That'll do you.
(A few minutes ago a student from last year slipped a big cadbury chocolate bar with a thank you note. I inhaled it in 30 seconds flat. So, do as i say, not as i do.)
