Good for you for getting the tree up! Last year was the first year ever that I didn't decorate for the holidays. I think it just made it worse staring at the emtpy corner where the tree should have been, knowing *why* it was empty.
Wow!! Good job!! We didn't put up a tree for the first Christmas without Caleb. We just couldn't face it. Now we put one up, and every year we add an ornament (or 2 or 3) in his memory. Putting up a tree was a huge step. Just don't be surprised if there are days when you want to tear it down and smash everything on it. (((((hugs)))))
